Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact Rachel at reviveyournails@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photos of the damage to process the return.

Full Refund: Upon approval of your return request, we will issue a full refund for the damaged product(s) to the original payment method.

Replacement Option: Alternatively, we can offer a replacement at no additional cost, if you prefer to receive a new item instead of a refund.

Return Shipping: For damaged items, we will cover any return shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.

Exclusions: This policy applies only to items that are damaged during shipping. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or any other issues unrelated to transit.
