Policies:

1)  Please be on time.  If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. If we decide to proceed, your service may be adjusted to maintain my schedule, and you will still be charged for the service you originally booked.

2)  I understand emergencies arise, but if you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know (or cancel online) a couple days in advance, if you can.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, I will have to charge you 50% of the services booked, to be collected at your following appointment.  
 

3)  For those who do not give any notice and do not show to their scheduled appointment, you will be charged the FULL amount of the service for which you did not show, to be collected at your next appointment.  If you no-show more than two times, I will no longer accept appointments with you.  (I hope I never have to implement this!!)

4) Please use the online booking software as your first attempt to schedule a service or services. If you have trouble utilizing it, or would like to be placed on a cancellation list, please feel free to text or message me and I will be happy to help you!

I know this all sounds strict, but I cannot give away my time for free and turn away customers who would be more than happy to come.
