Usage:
 
Soak feet into a foot bath of warm water for 5 minutes
Start filing with the foot file 
Start with coarse side and finish with fine side (be gentle at first until you understand how much the file removes)
Rinse foot with soap and water
Pat dry with a lint-free towel
File can be cleaned using a nail brush and soap, then air dried.
