Usage:

• Soak feet into a foot bath of warm water for 5 minutes

• Start filing with the foot file 

• Start with coarse side and finish with fine side (be gentle at first until you understand how much the file removes)

• Rinse foot with soap and water

• Pat dry with a lint-free towel

• File can be cleaned using a nail brush and soap, then air dried.
